Terms of Use and Conditions


Do I need to register?

To view products and prices on our website, It is not necessary to register with us until the time when you place an order,
you will then need to Register or Log In before you can purchase on our site.

We do store your information but it is kept on secure servers and we will not email you or send unsolicited mail if, when registering,
you state that you do not wish to be contacted. Please see our PRIVACY POLICY for more information. We will delete your details from
our systems if you request us to do so. You can also change your details at any time within the "Your Account Details" link.


Cancelling an order

Yes you can cancel! Just call our Customer Services Department at 1-866-410-1123 and as long as the order has not been despatched we will be
happy to help and you will incur no charges.

If your order has already been despatched, then you have 7 days from the date the item was shipped to send it back to our offices. We will require
you to cover any costs that may arise, such as outgoing and return shipping costs, however we will do everything we can to keep these costs to a minimum
and will only charge you what we ourselves will be charged by the couriers.

All goods must be returned in the original packaging with all parts of the product included.

The following information should be completed to avoid any delays - Date Returned, Reason for Return
(i.e. Wrong color, Wrong item, Faulty, etc) and whether you require a refund or a replacement.

The Product should then be returned at your own cost ensuring that you have proof of postage from whichever method
you used to return the goods.

We regret to inform you that, for hygiene reasons, earrings for pierced ears are not returnable.

How long will my order take to be delivered?

Most items are shipped out 3-5 after an item is ordered, and delivered in 10-15 working days on standard service, but please allow up to 28 days in case of delay - undue delays will be advised.

Can I have my order delivered to a different address?

Yes! When you place your order you can add a different delivery address. If the billing address is different from your delivery address the invoice
will always be sent to your billing address. Please remember your billing address is the address registered with your credit / debit card for invoicing purposes.

How much will my delivery cost?

Free Shipping over $95

Shipping within Canada and USA, Flat Rate $4 USD per item. 

Shipping to Europe and South America, Flat Rate no matter how much your order $10 USD

Do you deliver outside of Canada and the USA?

Yes! We can now arrange overseas deliveries online! Or by telephone, at 1-800-410-1123. Each overseas delivery has its carriage charge determined by zones according to our courier firm and we usually charge at cost price for this. Alternatively, if you want to use your own delivery firm and arrange it yourself, we can charge you for the cost of goods only, and make the order ready for your collection - we can let you know the size and the weight of each parcel at your request.

• Please send us an email confirming your order or if you have any questions before you place your order.

• Once your order is placed, we will charge any additional carriage cost to your payment card, and any changes to this will be notified. Orders can take up to 14 days for delivery.


How often does new stock arrive?

Stock is constantly coming in and we try to give advanced warning if an item will be out of stock for a period of time & when new stock is due to arrive.

How do I check if an item is out of stock?

All orders placed are checked on a daily basis. We will contact you by phone if any of the items on your order are out of stock. SIZES & DESCRIPTIONS Sizes and dimensions All measurements, sizes and storage capacities are approximate and may vary slightly due to production tolerances. We do, however, try to ensure that they are as accurate as possible. All of our jewellery items are hand picked and checked before being despatched, to ensure the greatest care is taken with these delicate items. Most of the jewellery that we have chosen for you is unique, and the pieces are made from natural products; the use of precious and semi-precious stones also means that markings will vary slightly from piece to piece and may not exactly match the illustrated images. We regret to inform you that, for hygiene reasons, earrings for pierced ears are not returnable.
